Service Description

Traceline provides a palm line detection API that analyzes palm images using machine learning. The service is provided as-is and may be updated or modified at any time.

Account & API Keys

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential.
• You must not share or publish your API keys.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the API for illegal purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the ML models.
• Do not send images that violate privacy laws without consent.
• Do not exceed your plan's quota through technical workarounds.

Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Intellectual Property

The API, documentation, and ML models are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the images you submit and the results you receive.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of palm line detection results. The API is for entertainment and informational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
